Dewberry announced that Devin Keeler, PE, LEED AP, has been promoted to business unit manager of the firm’s Richmond, Virginia, office, which serves public- and private-sector clients throughout Virginia.
Keeler, who has more than 15 years of experience, specializes in utility engineering services, primarily for higher education clients. He recently completed a highly specialized project for the University of Virginia, which included the design of a 35kV underground ductbank system spanning the university’s campus. In his new position, Keeler is responsible for leading a multi-disciplined team of more than 50 individuals, including professionals who specialize in site/civil engineering; mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering; telecommunications; and land development.
Keeler earned two bachelor’s degrees from Purdue University (2005), one in civil engineering and another in land surveying and geomatics.
