Capital Facility Needs Assessment and Facility Assessments
We collaborate with our clients to create better strategies for mapping operations onto space. We help clients estimate space needs and evaluate existing resources against service goals to craft a strategic space utilization plan that encompasses current
and future, status quo, and modified operational scenarios. Services include facility assessments, operational efficiency studies, risk assessments, and incremental implementation plans.

Today, many of our clients need more than traditional engineering and architecture services. They require regulatory analysis, community outreach, grant application assistance, and budget development. We help our clients move projects forward, and in
some cases, augment their in-house capabilities during the implementation with independent inspection and construction support services.
