At the onset of this project we established a dedicated SharePoint site to facilitate information sharing and management of documents.

To assist with the City of Fairfax's Continuity of Operations Plan development, we conducted meetings with each city department and agency to gather critical information such as essential functions and personnel, vital records and systems, alternate work locations and options, and essential equipment and resource requirements. We worked closely with the emergency management coordinator to focus on essential information gathered at department and agency meetings. This allowed us to provide the city with a comprehensive, functional, and user-friendly document.
