Nelles brings more than 20 years of experience working with high-profile clients across multiple market segments, including real estate and commercial development, justice, and community facilities. Prior to her promotion, Nelles served as director of operations for Dewberry’s architecture practice, leading its strategic planning efforts and supporting team and operational growth. In her new role, Nelles will continue to be responsible for the architecture practice’s strategic planning, market segment growth, business development, and operations.

Nelles earned a master’s degree in architecture from the University of Florida (2005) and a bachelor’s degree in bio-resource engineering from Rutgers (2001). She is a member of the American Institute of Architects.
