Following the devastation of Super Typhoon Yutu on the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI), our firm was tasked with identifying, repairing, and constructing new and damaged homes. Under the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s (FEMA) Logistics Construction Support Contract (LCSC), our firm deployed a team within 72 hours of the notice to proceed and assessed 1,050 homes. Following assessments, our firm developed conceptual designs and renderings for permanent housing solutions. Our services also included construction oversight, site visits and reporting, cost estimation, change order management, and engineering technical support. As of February 2023, our firm has repaired over 100 homes, constructed 146 new homes, and are in the process of constructing 31 additional homes.
