Department of the Interior 4G LTE Expansion

Upgrading a “New Deal” Building to 4G LTE
Washington, D.C.

Completed in December 1936, the Stewart Lee Udall Department of the Interior Building was the first "New Deal" building in Washington, D.C. - authorized, designed, and built by the Roosevelt administration. Significant aspects include wide central corridors, open courtyards, movable steel office partitions, acoustically treated ceilings, a floor reserved for mechanical equipment, and fireproofing. We were tasked with upgrading this site for 4G LTE expansion, including the addition of another sector array
